The singer is Abdur Rauf (also written as Abdur-Raoof or Abdur-Raoof Raoofi), I just found that out. Now I'm looking for a playlist of this cassette in latin characters. I will share it with you and your visitors when I've found it.
By the way, this cassette contains some Pakistani naat or nasheed (islamic songs). The nasheed are seperated by a 'takbeer' (Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar... etc) which is NOT the call to prayer but just a way of praising Allah, soobhana wa ta'ala.
RGH (Rehmat Gramophone House) used to be the label of the world famous Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
