Hi all!
We were having a theme on a Dutch board and the theme was "Spring nails". I thought it would be fun to post my mani's here as well :). I posted the cloud mani and the ladybird mani (that I did earlier) on there as well. Here are some pics to bring you in the spring mood!
I used Essence Date Me! from the Cute as Hell collection as a base color. For stamping I used imageplate M78 and China Glaze Cherish, Adore and QT.
This was my favorite out of the bunch! There's a whole list of all that I used for this one: I used OPI Suzi Says Feng Sui as a basecolor with China Glaze Entourage as the color for the grass. I used Diamont in between to make sure this was dry when I started stamping. I used Konad Red and Pink for the flowers and some of the butterflies, Konad Black Pearl for the rabbit and Konad White for the clouds. I used China Glaze QT and Harmony for the butterflies and one of the flowers. The birds in the sky on my pinky were done with China Glaze Ink. I used imageplates M30 (rabbit), M36 (butterflies), M57 (flowers) and M79 (clouds) to stamp with. I really like how this one turned out. It looks so cute!
Are you looking forward to spring as much as I do? No more snow! We want sunshine..
Thanks for stopping by!

Zoya polishes from Laura!
A while ago I asked my lovely readers for help with an order at Zoya. Laura was the first to help and today my package came. Not only did she order the polishes really fast, but she also included spring :) She sent me a beautiful easter card and a lovely Calire´s Mood polish! I am so in love with the Zoya polishes I chose. Thank you so much Laura! Those of you who don´t know her blog, go and check it out, she is having an awsome giveaway right now :)

Rock Out with Shellac
Whether your client is getting ready to go to a concert or feeling fun and adventurous for her week of grocery shopping and cleaning, a Shellac’d Out Rockin’ Out Mani might turn the volume up in her life until her next appointment.
Bonnie Rios of Rio Rancho, N.M., shows how she uses CND Shellac to get a fun and flashy design that’s easy to do and perfect for adventurous clients.
STEP 1: Perform a manicure, making sure to shape nails and clean the nail plate with CND ScrubFresh and a lint-free pad. Then apply layers of Shellac in the following order, curing for two minutes after each layer:
STEP 3: Use a soft dry brush and pick up a bit of glitter color (Rios used a soft golden opal pink shade) and put it over each spot, wiping away any extra. Cure one hand at a time after applying to all five nails.
STEP 4: Use Tutti Frutti and paint a thin layer over the glitter, leaving a border of the glitter showing around each patch. Then paint Strawberry Smoothie over those bare spots. It doesn’t have to be neat, and you can take a bit more of the Negligee and highlight over some of the dark Fedora areas to increase coloring. Cure.
STEP 5: Apply one to two coats of UV top coat depending on how much of the texture you want to feel from the glitter. Cure again between each layer. Finish by washing hands and giving a nice massage with a lotion of the client’s choice.
