China Glaze The Ten Man

Hi all!

How are you doing today? I have one of the China Glaze Wizard Of Ooh Ahz Returns collection again for you; The Ten Man this time.

The Ten Man is a frosty silver with tiny silver glitters in it. Very interesting finish! The Ten Man is not really my cup of tea since I'm not really into frosts, but I like the twist with the glitters.

Application was a bit tricky. The polish was a bit runny which caused some cuticle flooding. When I saw that, I tried to be more careful and keep more distance between the polish and my cuticle and everything went alright. Opacity isn't that great; four coats to be opaque and I still have some spots where you can see my nail line.

To spice it up, I did a little konad.

It's a pretty subtle konad, which I like :) I'm sorry about the quality of this picture but in my better pictures, the konad didn't show up that well so I decided to go with this one.

What do you think of The Ten Man?

New Layout!

Hi all!

It's finally there, my new blog layout! As you can see, I decided to do something completely different and thanks to Michèle's help I finally put it together today :)

There are changes in color (obviously), but also in the setup of this layout. I now have seperate tabs for different pages and I will be adding one or two more tabs in the next couple of days.

Also, I also added Formspring to my blog. Feel free to ask me anything!

There are a ton of changes behind the scenes, which you will probably not even notice but those changes will make me easier to find through google and such.

Feel free to say what you think of my new blog layout by commenting on this post :)

Subtle Konad

Hi all!

Today I have a short post for you with a mani that I wore last week for a couple of days. It's not my best pic, since it was taken under artificial lighting and pre-cleanup, but I liked this a lot so I thought I'd might as well show you :)

RBL Bruised stamped with China Glaze Joy and imageplate M64. The colors aren't really accurate, so I'll post pics of RBL Bruised alone in decent lighting in the near future.

I really like the subtle effect of this konadicure. China Glaze Joy is in the same color range as RBL Bruised. Joy is a part of the China Glaze Romantique Collection and works great for stamping, as does the rest of this collection.

What do you think of subtle konadicures? Do you like them or are you more into more visible Konad?
